Margaret J. Patterson: Master of Color and Design

Ms. Cindy Nickerson, Curator of the Margaret J. Patterson exhibition entitled Margaret J. Patterson: Master of Color and Design at the Cahoon Museum of American Art has brought together 64 wonderful examples of Ms. Patterson's works. The Two Red Roses Foundation was pleased to have loaned the exhibit 11 pieces from its permanent collection. Ms. Patterson, recognized as a talented painter uniquely skilled in the use of color and a pioneer in American woodblock printmaking, is also well known for her support of and contributions to the American Arts and Crafts movement.
